The Little Cheesemaker

It is designed to bring participants closer to farm animals, teaching them how to milk and make cheese, while also learning about the importance of milk and its derivatives in daily nutrition and respect for animals.

The workshop includes hand-milking sheep, the artisanal preparation of cheese and ricotta, and it helps to develop a greater sensitivity towards respecting farm animals.
