Our cooking is an act of care.

We have chosen to limit access to our table for a specific reason: ensure high quality. Every ingredient we serve has a story we've known from the very beginning. We know how it was produced because we produced it ourselves, following every step of the supply chain first-hand: from sowing the barley for the sheep, to milking, to transforming the milk into cheese and the fruit into preserves in our laboratory.
